Mnemonics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Mnemonics collects and uses your information when you use our app. By using Mnemonics, you agree to the practices described below.

We collect only the information necessary to support essential features such as the ability to post and view comments, and we never sell or use your data for advertising or tracking. Mnemonics collects limited data through Apple’s CloudKit service. CloudKit handles authentication and security in accordance with Apple’s privacy standards. Mnemonics itself does not have access to your Apple ID or any personal identifying information. The following information is collected:
- Comments you post, including their content and timestamps.
- Your unique CloudKit user record ID (an anonymized identifier provided by Apple).

We do not collect your email address, phone number, or location.

You can request to delete your own comments at any time by contacting me through my email. We do not maintain separate backups of your deleted data.

Mnemonics does not share or sell any information to advertisers, analytics providers, or third-party platforms.

Mnemonics does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent international standards. Comments should not include personal data, regardless of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to Mnemonics or applicable laws. Your continued use of Mnemonics after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy. If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, you can contact me.
